Our twelfth vintage firmly continues our Mexican CNP house style.
The hallmarks of Chateauneuf-du-Pape are evident in the blend of red & dark fruit, savory herbs and a touch of Garrique [earth]. It will pair well with a wide range of dishes; Appetizers of all sorts, pate, charcuterie plus grilled fish & meats, sauced pasta and “comfort” food. This is an all-around “food”wine.

Our 11th vintage marks the 6th of our estate “Mexican CNP”. The flavor is a blend red & dark fruits, savory herbs and a touch of “Garrigue”. A wine that pairs with a wide range dishes; grilled fish & meat, a wide spectrum of cheeses as well as Bouillabaisse, Osso Bucco and Foie Gras. This is FOOD wine!

Our fifth “Estate” Chateauneuf du Pape blend celebrates our tenth Vintage and establishes our “house” style with its bright red rose color and aromas of plums, violets and pepper.
On the palette, Black flavors of Berries, Pepper and Currants predominate with a smokey overtone.
Its medium long finish compliments a wide range of Baja-Mediterranean cuisine.

5% Counoise | 3% Mourvèdre
Very much the same blend as our 2017, it’s light ruby color belies it true CNP blend signature bouquet of dry Strawberries, Boysenberries, red Plum accented by White Pepper.
On the palette, Orange peel, Licorice, fresh Prunes and All Spice with balanced Acid/sweetness gives the wine an invigorating, smooth mouthfeel.

Our 9th vintage of our Rhone White continues to be unique wine in its blend, style and palate. Once again the emphasis is on the Golden Pear & Apple and Citrus, with accents of Lichee Nut and spices. Will be great accompanying Asian Tempura, Baja-Med and grilled Seafood.
El Pirul 2024
100% Grenache Noir
Our 2 nd Rose is 100% Grenache Noir made in the style of northern Provence.
Crisp, clean with notes of Mediterranean herbs, it will pair well with a wide range of summer appetizers and Grilled Seafood.
